safety instructions:
1. Note: The laser light emitted by this laser diode may cause damage to human eyes. When the laser tube is working, it is strictly prohibited to look directly at its end surface.
2. The laser tube needs a suitable drive power. The instantaneous reverse current cannot exceed 25μA, and the reverse voltage cannot exceed 2V, otherwise the laser tube will be damaged.
Insert the laser tube before turning on the power. The initial output voltage of the power supply should be zero, and the current should be increased or decreased slowly to prevent current impact from damaging the laser tube.
Testing the laser tube: inserting or unplugging the laser tube must be done after power off. Do not plug/unplug the laser tube with power on, otherwise the laser tube will be damaged and invalidated.
3. The laser tube should be stored or worked in a dry environment to prevent condensation, which will damage the laser tube.
4. Working at a higher temperature will increase the threshold current, reduce the conversion efficiency, and accelerate the aging of the laser tube.
5. Working with output power higher than the specified parameters will accelerate the aging of the laser tube.
6. The laser tube needs to be fully radiated or used under cooling conditions.
7. Laser diodes are electrostatic sensitive devices. Anti-static measures should be taken. They can be taken when the human body is well grounded. Otherwise, the laser tube will be easily broken down by static electricity and cause the laser tube to fail. Anti-static can be equipped with anti-static wrist strap.
